1. Vehicle Delivery
The vehicle will be delivered at the place and time agreed upon in the reservation.
– The customer must present a valid driver’s license and an official identification document
– The customer must sign the rental agreement and receive the vehicle keys.
2. Vehicle Condition
– The vehicle will be delivered in perfect condition, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
– The customer must inspect the vehicle before departure and report any damage or issues.
3. Documentation
– The customer must provide the following documentation:
– Valid driver’s license.
– Official identification document.
– Credit card for the deposit and/or deductible.
4. Delivery Conditions
– The vehicle must be returned at the same place and time agreed upon in the rental agreement.
– The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
– The customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
5. Fuel
– The vehicle will be delivered with a full fuel tank.
– The customer must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
6. Tools and Accessories
– The vehicle will be delivered with the following tools and accessories:
– Wheel wrench
– Jack
– Warning triangle
– The customer is responsible for ensuring that these items are present in the vehicle at the time of return.
7. Responsibility
– The customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
– The customer is also responsible for any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.
8. Acceptance
– By receiving the vehicle, the customer accepts the delivery and usage conditions established by the company.
